All items must be paid in full before shipping. Custom order items, with a new fabric purchase, requires payment in full before I start making it. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing order.
All shipping will be a flat rate cost, except for quilts. If the actual cost to ship is less by over a dollar, then the difference will be refunded to you. All quilts shipped will be charged shipping based on size and weight, and the cost of insurance. Again if the actual cost to ship is less by over a dollar, then the difference will be refunded to you. Customers are responsible for any and all customs, import fees, duties and other fees that might be charged on their end of shipping.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
If you are not satisfied with what you got, or think it isn't what you thought it was then let me know. I will work with you to obtain the best possible ending result. All returns must be approved and can only be done if there is a defect in the item. Contact must be made within 36 hours of receiving the item and if return is approved then it must be in the same condition as sent. Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded. Refunds will only be done in case of a defect and will be the price paid for the item, minus shipping, or if there was a custom fabric order, it will be 50% of the purchase price minus shipping.

If you want more of an item than whats available, just message me and I will let you know if I can make the extra items, based on fabric availability. If you see an item in my shop made with a certain fabric and would like something different made with it, then just message me. I am willing to create anything within my capabilities. Depending on your request I can have most items made within a few days and shipped. Those items that take longer I will make sure you have the time frame that it will take to complete.
